THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2021 by and between The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, (formerly known as MHMRA of Harris County)(the “Agency” or “The HARRIS CENTER”) a Community Center and an Agency of the State of Texas, with offices at 9401 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074, under the provisions of Chapter 534 of the Texas Health & Safety Code Ann. (Vernon 1992), as amended, (the “Agency”) and (“Contractor”), with offices at Houston, Texas 77 , for the purpose of providing specialized services currently not available to the Agency through its present staff of employees.
