THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective upon execution by both Parties (the “Effective Date”) but subject to approval by the Commission, by and between Charter Fiberlink SC-CCO, LLC (“CLEC”) with offices at 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63131 and West Carolina Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“ILEC”) with offices at 233 Hwy 28 Bypass Abbeville, SC 29620. This Agreement may refer to either ILEC or CLEC or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
