, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between the City of Glendale, an Arizona munic ipal corporation (“City”), and Cow Chow Croppers, an Arizona (“CCC” or “Licensee ”) for the use of City-owned property for a farm, as more fully described in this License. The City and CCC are sometimes collectively referred to in this License as the “Parties.”
