THIS COMMERCIAL CARD AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth above by the company whose name is set forth above (“Company”) with Compass Bank (“BBVA Compass”). All instructions, descriptions, and other documentation relating to the Commercial Cards and the Commercial Card Account provided to Company under this Agreement, including without limitation any service guides, user guides, implementation forms, operating procedures, and security procedures (the “Service Material”) are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
