This Fireworks Display Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 1stT day of April 2013 by and between Rozzi, Inc dba Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks. An Ohio corporation, 118 Karl Brown Way, Loveland, OH and THE CITY OF HUBER HEIGHTS (“Sponsor”) for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions by which Rozzi shall provide the Fireworks Display by which Sponsor shall pay the Contract Sum therefor. In consideration of the foregoing and of the covenants, terms, conditions below, Rozzi and Sponsor agree as follows:
