PICNIC AREA AGREEMENT(THIS FORM IS SUBJECT TO THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974) PICNIC AREA NUMBER DATE OF PICNIC NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN GROUP TIMEFRAME (Picnic area is open from 0900 to 2100) FROM TO SPONSOR GROUP I agree to the following picnic area rules:RULE 1: Pay a rental/administrative fee for the use of the picnic area on the date indicated above. Fee must be paid at the time reservations are made.RULE 2: Camping is prohibited in picnic areas.RULE 3: Open fires and wood burning is not permitted. The fire must be limited to charcoal and lighter fluid in the designated grills. All fires must be extinguished before the end of the picnic. RULE 4: Picnic sponsors are responsible for the safe and proper conduct of children, pets, guests, etc.RULE 5: Cutting of plants or trees is prohibited.RULE 6: Do not park vehicles on the grass areas.
