COUNTY and CITY may be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” The Parties agree to all the recitals, terms, conditions and representations contained in this Grant Agreement. This Grant Agreement is made pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
