This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 14th day of January, 2019, between the Madison Board of Education (the “Board”) and In-Position Technologies (“Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of identifying the obligations of the Parties relative to the confidentiality of student data.
