This software and any accompanying written materials are owned by KMSYS Worldwide, Inc. (herein referred to as KMSYS Worldwide), and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. You may install this software on one, and only one, computer; however, you may make archive copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing up our software and protecting your investment from loss. The primary user of the computer on which the software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is not used at the same time as the software on the primary computer.
