The purpose of this letter is to document the completion of public road work pursuant to the above referenced agreement. This letter confirms that Blom Township agrees that aJI work required pursuant to such agreement has been completed and that all claims between Tatanka Ridge Wind LLC, on the one hand, Townships, on the other hand, for public road work have been resolved.
