This limited warranty (hereinafter “Limited Warranty”) is issued by Hanwha Q CELLS Advanced & Materials, 86 Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea 04541 (“Q CELLS”), and applies exclusively to Q.HOME+ ESS HYB G2, (hereinafter “Product”) supplied by Q CELLS. Product consists of Q.SAVE as battery and Q.VOLT as inverter. The sole and exclusive beneficiary of this Limited Warranty is an end customer who purchases Product from Q CELLS (“Customer”) or from any of Q CELLS’ authorized distributors (“Distributor”).
