This AGREEMENT (“the Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 27 day of August by and between the FERNDALE SCHOOL DISTRICT, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "District"), and the CITY OF FERNDALE, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"); together “the parties.”
