POOL PARTY AGREEMENTPool Party Agreement • May 29th, 2022
It is hereby stated that a party agreement has been reached between above stated lessee and Lawrence Preserve. These parties are not private. The pool will not close to members. The party can be for up to 30 people. After that, the cost is increased by $100 for up to an additional 20 people. It is understood that a lifeguard is required at a rate of $35 per lifeguard payable in cash to the lifeguard on the day of the event by the lessee. Lawrence Preserve will determine how many lifeguards are required. The lessee will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, pool area, or party room by party-goers. No glass of any kind shall be allowed inside the gated pool area. A dumpster is provided for the storage of all trash accumulated during party. If the room is available, the lessee shall be allowed to enter party room up 30 minutes early (as deemed appropriate by Lawrence Preserve personnel) for any decorating approved by Lawrence Preserve.
