Mr. Joan Sayós Ortega, head of the Competitive Research Projects Unit of VHIR, has proposed this call for tenders in order to set an Institutional Framework Agreement with twelve (12) providers per LOT to be contracted by the Unit of Competitive Research Projects or by the Research Groups of the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR) which might require their services and can hire them.
