This Internet Banking Agreement & Disclosure governs your use of Community Shores Bank’s Internet Banking service. Throughout this web site the Agreement and Disclosure will be referred to as "Agreement". On June 30, 2000, Congress enacted the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act) to ensure the legality of electronic contracts. Before obtaining products or services electronically through Community Shores Bank, please read this agreement carefully and keep a copy for your records. Your consent to this agreement covers all of your transactions relating to the products and services that you agree to obtain. Those products and services include but are not limited to all types of electronic data and other non-electronic data products or services. By using Internet Banking, you agree to all the rules, regulations and conditions of Community Shores Bank and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
