This SuiteAssured Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between SalesAgility Ltd., residing at the Steeple, 65 King Street, Stirling FK8 1DT Scotland, with company (“SalesAgility”), and the entity identified as “Customer” below (“Customer”).
