PREMISES: During year one of the term, Tenant shall occupy a contiguous section of the building containing 4 classrooms and any other office or pull-out space on the 2nd floor, and will share and have access to agreed-upon office space and amenities (such as the cafeteria/multi-purpose room)on the 1st floor in accordance with the programmatic needs of LAMB and the availability of space.
