SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES THIS SECOND AMENDMENT is entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and Youth and Family Enrichment Services, hereinafter called "Contractor";W I T N E S S E T H:WHEREAS, on December 4, 2007, the parties hereto under Resolution 069130 entered into an agreement, (the “Original Agreement”), for the furnishing of alcohol and drug services by Contractor to County as set forth in that Agreement; and WHEREAS, on August 5, 2008, the parties hereto under Resolution 069612 amended the Original Agreement to incorporate Bay Area Network Services (BASN) funding in the amount of $3,219, Co-occurring services in the amount of $46,289, a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) in the amount of $25,389, and County funded prevention services (The Children’s Place) in the amount of $100,000, for a new maximum obligation of $1,422,923, with no change to
