and (vi) CVS Fairfax (2453), are each part of a larger tax parcel. Pursuant to the applicable lease for each such property, either (i) the tenant is responsible for the payment the real estate taxes assessed against all of the real property included in the tax parcel of which that property is a part, or (ii) if the tenant is not responsible for the payment of such real estate taxes but such real estate taxes are not paid, the borrower may require the tenant to either, at the tenant’s option, (i) make an irrevocable rejectable offer to purchase the borrower’s interest in that property, or (ii) make an irrevocable substitution offer.
