SECOND AMENDMENT TOLicense Agreement • May 11th, 2022
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Second Amendment”), dated as of May 17, 2022 (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the City of Chula Vista (“Licensor”) and Blink Network, LLC as Assignee of Blink Acquisition LLC (“Licensee”) to amend the License Agreement entered into on December 26, 2012, as amended on February 10, 2014 (the “Agreement”).
