Content of the contract: The regulations in this Contract are formulated in compliance with the “University of Taipei Important Points of Dormitory Management and Counseling,” “University of Taipei Bylaws of Dormitory Autonomy Managers,” “Standards of Rewards and Punishments in Dormitory for University of Taipei Tianmu Campus,” “Standards of Rewards and Punishments in Dormitory for University of Taipei Bo’ai Campus,” “Management Regulations for the University of Taipei International House,” and “Check-in Instructions for University of Taipei International House.” Any matters not regulated in this Contract, or resulting in any dispute, shall be dealt with in accordance with the Civil Code or other relevant regulations, which may be further interpreted by the “University of Taipei Self-governed Dormitory Managers
