(“Activity Agreement”) is made effective as of [DATE] (the “Effective Date”), by and among the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, a joint powers agency of the State of California (“Authority”), and its members who execute this Activity Agreement (“Members”). Capitalized terms used in this Activity Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2 below.
