THIS CONTRACT, entered into on this 10th day of January 2023, by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called “CITY” and PARTNERS FOR WICHITA Inc., d/b/a SAFE STREETS WICHITA, a Kansas not-for-profit corporation, hereinafter called “PROVIDER.” CITY and PROVIDER shall be collectively referred to as the “PARTIES”.
