This Merchant Services Agreement is made and entered into as of the date set forth below, by and between Oriental Bank a bank organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the “Bank”). (“Bank”), and the undersigned Company, a company organized under the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, as identified below its signature hereunder (“Company”). The Bank and the Company are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
