This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between NOS Communications, Inc. (NOS), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Maryland, with offices at 4380 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, NV 89121, and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 4100 Roxboro Rd., Durham, NC 27704-2166. (NOS and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
