THIS FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective this __ day of __, 2020 by and between the OAKLAND UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a California public school district (“District”) and AMERICAN INDIAN PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“AIPHS” or “Charter School”) for use of classroom space for educational purposes for grade(s) 9-12. District and Charter School may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
