**2.01 For the purpose of this Agreement: a) “Association” means the Canadian Association Of Professional Employees. **b) “Bargaining Unit” means the employees of the Employer in the Sub- group described in the certificate issued by the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board on 19 March, 1990. c) “Common law partner” in relation to an individual, means a person who is cohabitating with the individual in a conjugal relationship, having so cohabitated for a period of at least one year. d) “Compensatory leave” means leave with pay in lieu of cash payment for overtime. The duration of such leave will be equal to the overtime worked multiplied by the applicable overtime rate.
