This Agreement to Subordinate to Rental Assistance Demonstration Use Agreement (the “Subordination”) is entered into this , 2017 (date),by the County of Contra Costa, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “Lender” or “Agency”), and Garden Park Apartments Community, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (the “Project Owner”), collectively, the “Parties.”
