This Gray Matter Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into, by and between Gray Matter Exchange LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Michigan, with headquarters at 7392 Quince Ct, Brighton, Michigan 48116 (“Company”), and the entity agreeing to these terms (“Customer”). If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer to these terms and conditions, you have read, understand and agree to this Agreement, you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, to this Agreement.
