ISO Networks’ Service Maintenance Agreement assures that cameras are brought back online within customer’s prescribed SLA – Service Level Agreement. Our Service Maintenance Agreement covers all IoT Platforms, cameras within the manufacturer’s warranty, components, materials and labor costs and prevents unforeseen costs of operation. It does not cover Acts of God or Vandalism.
