This Rental Agreement is between the Primary Guest who books a stay at Driftaway Coastal Retreat, hereinafter referred to as “GUEST” and the Owner of Driftaway Coastal Retreat, the vacation rental property, referred to hereinafter as “OWNER”. The effective date of the Agreement will be the date the GUEST confirms the booking of the property by paying 50% deposit of the total rate. The Agreement covers the rental period confirmed for Driftaway Coastal Retreat, hereinafter referred to as “PROPERTY”. This Agreement is not a “lease”, it is solely a vacation rental for dates of confirmed booking.
