This SaaS Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Xxx Inc. (“Xxx”), a Delaware corporation and the customer identified on the Xxx Order Form (“Customer”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). The provisions of this Agreement will apply to the Services and the Platform provided to Customer under this Agreement and shall govern all Order Forms entered into between Xxx and the Customer.
