This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Black Travel Soiree agrees to provide Urban Yacht Week 2021, in return for your payment of the amounts indicated in your reservation confirmation. These documents contain important limitations on your rights. These are legally binding documents separate from the ticket contract issued. If you make a reservation or payment on behalf of yourself, members of your group, party, or traveling companions, you consent to the agreement on behalf of all members of your group or party and all your traveling companions. This agreement is subject to change by UYW at any time after written notice of the change.
