FiledMarch 19th, 2020THIS CONTRACT is made by and between the Board of Education of Wakefield Community Schools, legally known as Wayne County School District 90-0560, and referred to as “the Board” and “the District” respectively, and Mike Moody, referred to herein as “the Superintendent”. In accordance with its action taken and recorded in the minutes of a duly advertised board meeting, the Board agrees to employ the Superintendent, and the Superintendent agrees to accept such employment, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
