The space shall be used for parking of one motor vehicle and for no other purpose. All vehicles must have valid, current permit properly displayed at all times while parking in designated space or vehicle is subject to towing at permit holder’s expense and risk. Vehicle must not take up more than one space and/or double park; park on a patio, sidewalk, grass or in loading zone; occupy a handicap space without a handicap permit; or block property dumpster.
