THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective the 1st day January, 2021, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City” and Pueblo County, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as “County.” Through this agreement it is the intent of the County to reimburse the City for the salaries and expenses of City employees in implementing and enforcing the 5 Star Certification Program Variance throughout Pueblo County.
