In consideration of Ally Invest Securities LLC and its agents and assigns (collectively "Ally Invest") opening one or more brokerage accounts (each an "Account”) on my behalf, I agree, with respect to all of my Accounts, to the terms and representations set forth in this agreement ( “Agreement”). When used in this Agreement, the words “Client”, “I”, “Me”, “My”, “Myself”, “Mine”, “We”, “Our”, and/or “Us” mean the owner(s) of the Account(s).
