On October 26, 2001, ESBI Alberta Ltd. (EAL, Transmission Administrator (TA), or the Applicant) filed an Application (the Application) with the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) seeking approval of a Third Amendment to the Reliability Criteria Agreement (RC Agreement). The Application was made pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Transmission Matters Deficiency Correction Regulation. EAL requested that the effective date be June 1, 2001.
