The Central Union Elementary School District (“District”) and the Central Union Elementary Teachers’ Association (“CUETA”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (“Online MOU”) to establish assignment procedures if the District elects to utilize an online, non-classroom-based instructional model through independent study or other similar distance learning option for those students who elect not return to traditional on-site instruction during the 2021-2022 school year. This Online MOU is dated June 21, 2021 for reference purposes.
