THIS ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT (“Addendum”) is dated this day of October 2021, and is by and between the Village of Poplar Grove, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Village”), and ADT Commercial (“ADT”) and is intended to amend the Contract dated
