Contract Type FiledJune 20th, 2017Effective July 1, 2017, it is mutually agreed that the following Random Drug/Alcohol testing program shall be implemented to include all individuals in the Fire and Rescue and Fire Captain bargaining units. All other drug/alcohol testing procedures will continue to be administered in compliance with City Policy 3.10 including any amendments to said policy. This includes but is not limited to pre-employment, post- accident, reasonable suspicion testing and searches.
