This Agreement, amendments and supplements thereto subject to the laws of Minnesota, is between LeSueur County, Minnesota (hereinafter "COUNTY") and Access Networks Inc., an independent contractor, not an employee of the COUNTY, address 6900 Wedgewood Lane Maple Grove, Minnesota 55311 (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”). WHEREAS, the COUNTY is empowered to acquire fiber cabling, equipment, goods, and services WHEREAS, the COUNTY is in need of technical services for the installation, testing and inspection of fiber connectivity, and WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR represents that it is willing to perform the services set forth herein.
