This Community Benefits Agreement (hereinafter, “CBA”) is entered into this day of , 2013, by and between the Southwestern Community College District, its successors or assigns, (hereinafter “District”) and the San Diego Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter “Council”), and the signatory Craft Unions (hereinafter, together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). The District, Council and Unions are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
