This Contract for Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of January, 2021, by and between the City of Greenwood, Indiana, an Indiana municipal corporation, acting by and through its Greenwood Common Council and Board of Public Works and Safety (the “City”) and the Greenwood Community Band (“Band”), an Indiana not for profit corporation (the City and Band are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
