This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is by and between East Central Vermont Telecommunications District dba ECFiber (“ECFiber,” “us,” or “we”) and any residential (“Residential”), business, institutional or governmental (collectivity “Business”) customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who subscribes to our high speed broadband Internet services (“Internet Service”) or voice over Internet Protocol telephony service (“VoIP Service”) or all related services and features (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, Customers agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein, including without limitation ECFiber’s Privacy Policy, Open Internet Transparency policy, Acceptable Use Policy, DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy, and Additional Terms (terms and conditions that will govern new service offerings) as each may be amended from time to time.
