License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a legal entity) and OnCue Technology, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor”). This Agreement governs Your use of OnCueTM and all related media, materials, and documentation, whether printed, online, or otherwise electronically available, and all updates and upgrades to OnCueTM that are not distributed with a separate License Agreement (collectively, “Software”).
