These terms and conditions, together with the Quotation, shall form the agreement between the parties. By submitting an official order or completing the Supplier’s order form, the Customer is offering to contract on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and the Supplier may accept this offer in accordance with clause 2.1 below.
