These terms of use form the basis of the con- tract signed between RUBBLE MASTER HMH GmbH, FN 316865d, Im Südpark 196, 4030 Linz, referred to below as "RM", and the Client for the use of RM's Digital Services, in particu- lar the Software as a Service solution (SaaS) XSMART including mobile app, jointly referred to below as the "Software", as well as the XSMART database operated by RM (jointly re- ferred to as "RM Digital Services").
