is entered into as of July _, 2021 by and between the Tule River Tribe Gaming Authority ("Owner") and [INSERT PARTY] ("Owner's Representative") (Owner and Owner's Representative are individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively referred to herein as the "Parties"). Subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Owner's Representative shall perform the pre- development, development and construction management services described in this Agreement or reasonably inferable from such description in connection with the development and construction of the Project (defined below).
