THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 5th day of September, 2007, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the " OWNER") and I ler Planning Group, Inc., a Florida corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose business address is Harbour Point Plaza, Suite 206, 11000 Prosperity Farms Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, hereinafter referred to as the " CONSULTANT" ).
